Shopping with Straight to Bed

These terms apply to consumer purchases from www.straight-to-bed.com for delivery in the United Kingdom. Products and prices

The product description, selected size and colour, and information shown before checkout form part of your order. Please check dimensions before ordering. Screens can display colours differently; this does not remove your right to receive goods that match their description. Prices for UK purchases are in pounds sterling and include all taxes and import charges. You will not have to pay any customs duties, import VAT or other charges on delivery. Standard UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Optional Priority Insured Delivery costs £4.95 per order: your order is processed first and your shipment is insured. Any optional charge is shown before you pay.

Your order

You can review and correct your order before paying. Please provide an accurate delivery address and an email address we can use for order updates. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Our order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we send your dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept it, we will tell you and refund any payment taken. If a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you so you can choose whether to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel for a refund; we will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our fulfilment partner in the PRC. Estimated UK delivery is 5–8 calendar days from placing your order, including processing and transit. Calendar days include weekends. Every order receives tracking details once it has been dispatched. See our Shipping & Delivery page for delivery coverage and timings. If a different delivery timeframe applies to an item, we will state it before you order. If we become aware of a delay, we will contact you. We remain responsible for goods until they reach you or a person you nominate, subject to the legal exception where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer. Contact us if an order is missing or damaged.

Cancellation, returns and product faults

Our Returns & Refunds page explains statutory cancellation, refunds, size exchanges and faulty goods. The 100-Night Trial and Ten-Wash Guarantee provide additional benefits. Your statutory rights remain unaffected and continue beyond a promotional guarantee where the law provides.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are for consumer purchases; no term removes mandatory consumer protection.

Applicable rights and changes

You retain the mandatory consumer rights and access to courts available in the part of the UK where you live. Nothing in these terms requires you to pursue a consumer claim exclusively in a US court. Updates apply to future orders; the terms supplied for your accepted order continue to apply to it.
