How the trial works
Your trial begins when your duvet is delivered. If it is not right for you, email support@straight-to-bed.com within 100 nights of delivery with your order number and tell us you would like to use the trial. Our support team will email you the return address and instructions. Please send the duvet back within 7 days of receiving those instructions.
Trying the duvet is the purpose of the trial. Normal sleeping use and washing in accordance with the care label are permitted. Pack it securely for return. You pay the direct return postage costs for a trial return. Our separate free size-exchange service and your statutory rights for faulty goods are unaffected.
Offers and free gifts
If your duvet came with free items as part of an offer, such as pillowcases or a storage bag, please return these together with the duvet.
Your refund
We refund the price you paid for the returned duvet to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it. Standard UK delivery is free on every order. The optional Priority Insured Delivery upgrade (£4.95) is not refunded for a trial return.
