Yes. With Premium Priority Insured Delivery (£4.95 per order), your order is processed first and your shipment is insured. See Shipping & Delivery.
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch orders within 24 hours. Estimated UK delivery is 5–8 calendar days from placing your order, including processing and transit. Calendar days include weekends. If we become aware of a delay, we will contact you. Read Shipping & Delivery for full details.
Will I have to pay customs or import charges?
No. All prices include taxes and import charges, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order receives tracking details by email as soon as it has been dispatched.
Can I try the duvet at home?
Yes. With our 100-Night Trial you have 100 nights from delivery to decide. It is an additional benefit alongside your legal rights.
How do I arrange a return?
Email support@straight-to-bed.com with your order number. We will email you the return address and instructions. You pay direct return postage for non-faulty change-of-mind returns, including trial returns. Free size exchanges and your statutory rights for faulty goods are unaffected. Read Returns & Refunds.
What is the Ten-Wash Guarantee?
If the filling of your One-Piece Duvet clumps within its first ten washes, you get your money back and keep the duvet. Read the guarantee page for how to claim.
Can I exchange the size?
Yes. We offer free size exchanges for UK orders within 30 days of delivery, including return and replacement standard postage. The duvet must be unwashed and in its original condition. If the new size costs more or less, we adjust the price accordingly. Contact us to check the replacement size and stock before sending anything back.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash the One-Piece Duvet at 30°C on a gentle cycle, without bleach or fabric softener. You can tumble dry it on a low heat. See our Care Guide for all details.

What if something arrives damaged?
