Our promise, wash after wash
The Straight to Bed Ten-Wash Guarantee promises: if the filling of your One-Piece Duvet clumps within its first ten washes, you keep the duvet and receive your money back.
What is covered
The guarantee applies to the One-Piece Duvet bought from www.straight-to-bed.com. It does not cover pillowcases, fitted sheets, storage bags or other accessories. Please wash and dry your duvet according to the care label and our Care Guide.
How to claim
Email support@straight-to-bed.com with your order number, the approximate number of washes and a description of the problem. Please include clear photos or a short video that show the clumped filling and show that it is your Straight to Bed duvet. Our support team will review your claim and get back to you by email. If we need more information, we will ask.
Your refund
Once your claim has been confirmed, we refund the price you paid for the duvet to your original payment method within 14 days. You do not need to send the duvet back.
